On June 8, the second session of the 2020 "Huaishuling Armored Weapons Salon" will be held. In this issue, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Mr. Ma Shengming, is invited to make a report titled "The Charm of Chemistry", and Professor Ge Liezhong, chairman of the Engineering Psychology Professional Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society, is entitled "Report on Human Factors Engineering Research in the Intelligent Age". Nearly 200 people, including leaders of the Academy, chief scientist of Chinese weapons, assistant to the dean, leaders of Chinese weapons technology and key skills, middle leaders of the technical department, leaders of the technology of the Academy, and senior technical experts, participated. The chief engineer of the Institute Li Chunming presided over the salon.

Combining current technological development and cutting-edge technology, Academician Ma Shengming introduced the wide application of chemistry in the development of military equipment. Afterwards, Professor Ge Liezhong introduced the key points of human factors research in three phases based on the characteristics of human-computer interaction in three different periods of mechanization, automation and intelligence, and put forward relevant suggestions for future human factors research on military equipment.

The two guests gave an in-depth explanation, which made the participants feel the wide application of chemistry in the future, and more aware of the huge development prospects of human factors engineering.
